    amazing, amazing, amazing

    The breakfast spread was excellent, with local dishes and good French bread, made mornings extra special. After a busy day of exploring, the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect retreat to unwind and relax.

    Its location was strategic, near to Toba lake as well as JW Marriott Medan since 2010. It was brand-new, good enough for a short break.

    The place was top quality and had competent staff that display such great warm service, liked the stay. The restaurant was good with great food and services, I tried nice dishes. The location was prime - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go...

    The staff were helpful and attentive.

    We faced multiple room changes due to maintenance issues. The air conditioning leaked , and despite reporting it, the problem persisted. Lastly, we experienced unpleasant odors from the drain.

    Impressive and fairly clean place. Awesome and fantastic staff onsite. Exceptionally nice and relaxing room with a lounge and a bedroom area. Awesome experience there.

    Neat and functional room with good views and massive bath, for example, incredible staff. Efficient check in and easy check out. Amazing swimming pool and particularly good location close enough to footpath, many eateries, and the airport.

    Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

    During our stay, we visited nearby attractions like the Old City Hall and the Rahmat International Wildlife Museum, both just a short distance away. The facilities at the hotel were impressive, especially the various dining options. The steam room and outdoor pool added a nice touch to our relaxation time after a busy day exploring. We also appreciated the abundant breakfast offerings, which provided a great start to each morning. The staff’s attentiveness made this special to us.

    The hotel deco is wonderful and security very tight. The room that we booked - twin is suitable for 2 adult and 2 children. The location is good at the center of Medan City.

    I and my children stayed in the executive level of this hotel, when we reached the room, I found the door of the toilet could not close easily. finally we changed the room. As the executive level has some benefits that the normal room doesn't have e.g. afternoon tea, night snack etc. But I think it is just the remain food of their buffet and as for night snack, it just have 4 or 5 bottles of cookies for your choice, nothing more. So don't book the excutive level. Will not stay in this hotel again, it don't meet my expect and the cost is expensive as the room just so so.
